Join Civil Rights, Faith, Labor and Community groups in a silent march against NYC's "Stop and Frisk" Policy! On Father's Day, let's stand together to show that New Yorkers refuse to let our children be victimized by racial profiling.
The Audre Lorde Project aims to build both individual and collective power to better challenge the multiple oppressions faced by LGBTSTGNC People of Color communities. This training program therefore allows for skills building, analysis of oppression, power & current issues, and offers opportunities for strategizing and additional investments in community organizing.

Come to a Know Your Rights Training that was developed by trans and gender non conforming people who face discrimination at the hands of HRA.
What stops you from practicing yoga? The hype? Your schedule? Bring your reservations about practicing yoga, including injuries or fears to this open level class!
We'll talk about what stops us from practicing: why it’s important for us as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Two-Spirit, Trans and Gender Non Conforming People of Color to prioritize self-care, healing and cultivate inner freedom, how to incorporate yoga into a busy schedule, and still have time to demystify challenging postures and learn relaxing breathing techniques.
