We Got Mad Skills: Community Skillshare

When:
Saturday, May 5, 2012 - 12:00pm to 7:00pm

The We Got Mad Skills: Community Skillshare is a space where we can claim: WE ARE THE EXPERTS.  It’s an action-orientated, free space where LGBTSTGNCSGL People of Color can connect with our communities through the exchange of skills and foster community-based solutions. We are empowering ourselves by taking the initiative to educate ourselves and learn from the vast array of skills that we hold in our communities.

Co-sponsored with: African Ancestral Lesbians United For Social Change (AALUSC); Latinos/as Unidas de New York (LUNY)

** We appreciate the support and solidarity of all our allies, and respecfully request that We Got Mad Skills be a People of Color space.
