@ ALP
Have you ever thought of getting involved with the Audre Lorde Project (ALP) but weren’t sure how to plug in? Are you a current ALP volunteer looking to connect with the organization in a different way? Are you looking for an opportunity to discuss and learn more about the critical issues facing the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Two Spirit, Trans and Gender Non-Conforming (LGBTSTGNC) People of Color communities?
Then come by and help out on our volunteer night! The second Tuesday of each month @ ALP

Since the Audre Lorde Project first opened its doors in the summer of 1996, volunteers have been essential in building every aspect of ALP - from setting up computer systems and developing ALP’s newsletter, to organizing events and setting the direction & vision for ALP’s work. ALP can only be as great as the sum of its parts. So, come be a part!
“The sharing of joy, whether physical, emotional, psychic, or intellectual, forms a bridge between the sharers which can be the basis for understanding much of what is not shared between them, and lessens the threat of their difference.” - Audre Lorde
