That’s right it’s that time of year again. We are gearing up for our 14th annual Trans Day of Action and the exciting news is that we are back at the Chelsea Street Pier for this year’s event. We invite you to join TransJustice and come celebrate the ways we resist by mobilizing, and honoring the pier as a historic homespace for TGNC communities. Through this march we move towards demanding access to both public and private spaces without fear of harassment or brutality. So whether you’re new or old to the event there are multiple ways that you can endorse, and no not all of them involve money.

Mobilizing a contingent
In an effort of redefining and reclaiming public space, we encourage folks to organize contingents for Trans Day of Action. A contingent is 5 or more people and will be listed as a contingent on Trans Day of Action materials.
We are lucky to have over 100 volunteers that make TDOA happen, if you can donate snacks, water, or other sustenance that will keep us sexy throughout the day!
Banner Supplies (i.e. paint, fabric)
We are going to paint a beautiful banner, have supplies to donate? Do so before June 5th!
Donate $ for T-Shirts
This year, in collaboration with ALP’s Design Guild, and TGNC artists across the city, we’re designing a banner and tee shirt for Trans Day of Action. We’re deeply excited to be creating art as resistance. If you’d like, consider holding us down by helping us acquire some of the materials!
