Safe Neighborhood Summit
The Safe OUTside the System Collective of the Audre Lorde Project will host a Safe Neighborhood Summit, the kickoff event for the S.O.S. Collective's Safe Neighborhood Campaign which works to prevent and intervene in anti-LGBTST violence without relying on the police. The Safe Neighborhood Summit will inspire and educate community members on how to prevent future violence with free workshops, performances, and speakers.

Vigil for Sanesha Stewart
Sanesha Stewart Vigil: This Saturday, April 5th, from 1pm – 3pm.
Join Family, Friends and Community Members for a Community Vigil to Honor the Memory and Celebrate the Life of Sanesha Stewart. On February 10th, 2008, Sanesha Stewart, a young trans woman of color, was murdered in her apartment in the Bronx.
