Since The Audre Lorde Project first opened its doors in the summer of 1996, volunteers have assisted us in everything from setting up computer systems, to developing our newsletter and even organizing events. Volunteers help us plan and make sure we have contributions from our LGBTSTGNC People of Color communities so our mission can be truly accomplished. ALP can only be as great as the sum of its parts. So come be a part!
