Tuesday please keep sending those letters for Ali Forney.  We’re living in
challenging times and we need to support each other now more than ever before.

What are the committee’s doing on Tuesday?

The Step Team is writing and choreographing chants to increase S.O.S.’s

membership, visibility, and community presence. The Community Education Committee is currently creating a curriculum

and trainings to educate community members about the connections

between homophobia, transphobia, violence, and oppression.

The Community Building Committee is working on creating events to grow the membership of the S.O.S. Collective.

The Safe Spaces Committee is recruiting more and increasing the visibility

of S.O.S. Safe Spaces in Brooklyn. A Safe Space is a school, business, organization,

church that agrees not to tolerate any anti-LGBTSTGNC violence or harassment on

their property and will support victims facing violence in the community.
