This workshop will focus on the external atmospheres of repping yourself. Participants will be engaging in building a script, and practicing their personal pitch!
Although, the name of this workshop will be "Interview Skills", concepts learned here can be applicable to a large range of situations such as auditions, panels, public speaking and more!
Our long time dedicated member, Kirya Traber (Seen below), will be kicking off our Workshop Series by facilitating this exciting two-part workshop. A Board Member of ALP, Kirya is also a trained performer, writer, cultural worker & Blerd(Black Nerd).

This Leadership Development Series will support you by increasing your skills and developing your leadership within the realm of community organizing and social change work. This training will help you to better challenge the multiple oppressions faced by LGBTSTGNC People of Color communities. We committed training and building our community members so that we are all recognized as individuals with power who are collectively building movement. We want you to have more tools to build vision and transform our lives!
