New Day, Time and Location - TransJustice General Meeting Second Saturday of Every Month

Based on feedback from the community TransJustice meetings have moved to the Second and Third Saturdays of every month from 2:00PM – 4:00PM. 

TransJustice meetings are for People of Color who identify as Trans, gender non-conforming, gender variant, gender deviant, butch lesbians, drag queens, bi-gendered, Two-Spirit, drag kings, femme queens, A.G., gender queer, non-gendered, andro, crossdressers, and gender-benders.

Next TransJustice General Meeting 

When: Saturday November 14th, 2009, 2:00PM-4:00PM

Where: The Audre Lorde Project 85 South Oxford Street Brooklyn N.Y. 11217 

Also, join TransJustice for its open volunteer meetings the Third Saturday of every month, the next Volunteer meeting is November 21st from 2:00PM-4:00PM.

Directions to ALP 

Take the Brooklyn-bound local C to Lafayette Avenue. Exit at the South Oxford Street stair exit. Make a right and continue on South Oxford Street. The entrance to ALP is on the right, in the middle of the block. 

Take the M, N, Q, R, D, B, 2, 3, 4, 5 or LIRR to Atlantic Avenue/Pacific Street stop. Exit at Hanson Place. Walk up Hanson Place to South Oxford Street. Make left onto South Oxford Street. The entrance to ALP is on the right, in the middle of the block. 

Take the G to Fulton Street. Walk two (2) blocks up Lafayette Street to South Oxford Street. Make a right onto South Oxford Street. The entrance to ALP is on the left, in the middle of the block.
